1. General
   By purchasing a ticket and/or attending any event organized by FoC Events ApS (“Company”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your participation and attendance at our events and may be amended by the Company at anytime and without any notice. This document, together with any other documents referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your attendance.
2. Ticket Purchase, Cancellation, Refund Policy, and Entry Validity

• Ticket Purchase: All ticket purchases are considered final upon completion of the transaction, which is defined as the successful processing of payment through Stripe or any other designated payment provider. Customers may recognize this by seeing a confirmation screen and/or receiving a confirmation email from the ticketing system.
• Refunds & Cancellation: Refunds are available up to two (2) days prior to the event date. Refunds will be issued as a voucher for future use only. No refunds or exchanges will be granted after this period.
• Ticket Transferability: Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by the Company.
• Entry Validity: Regular tickets grant entry to the club only during the specific entry period stated in the event description. Tickets may not be valid for entry outside of this designated period. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to comply with the stated entry times. Failure to enter within the designated entry period, or being denied entry by the club or door personnel for reasons beyond the control of FoC Events ApS, will not entitle the ticket holder to any refund.
• Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the event that FoC Events ApS cancels or postpones an event, notice will be provided as soon as practicable. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, refund eligibility (in the form of a voucher) will be determined solely by the Company.

3. Event Access, Door Policy, and Photography

• Photo and Video Capture: FoC Events ApS will capture photographs and/or but not limited to, video recordings at the event’s venue in its entirety and during the event’s entire duration for promotional purposes. These images and recordings may be used in both digital and printed promotions, including on social media and on promotional materials such and not limited to T-shirts and merchandising. By attending the event, you consent to such use of your image. Should you request deletion of your images, we will make our best effort to remove them from our digital platforms; however, please note that physical items or printed materials (e.g., T-shirts) already distributed cannot be retracted.
• Club Door Policy: The venue’s door policy applies. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who does not comply with the required dress code, and/or appears intoxicated, and/or exhibits disruptive, and/or disrespectful behavior, and/or any other reasoning determined by the venue’s (door) staff. The decision of the venue’s door staff is final, and FoC Events ApS is not responsible for any denied entry based on these criteria.
• Security & Compliance: Attendees agree to comply with any additional security screenings or instructions provided by event staff or security personnel, including but not limited to physical identification card checks and/or bag searches. Physical ID may be checked at all events by either the FoC team or venue staff, and entry may be denied if attendees do not meet the age restriction for the event.

4. Conduct and Safety

• Expected Behavior: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner.
• Prohibited Conduct: Harassment, discrimination, possession of weapons, or any form of disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Removal Policy: FoC Events ApS reserves the right at anytime and without prior notice to remove any individual whose conduct jeopardizes the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other attendees.

5. Liability and Assumption of Risk

• General Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless FoC Events ApS, its agents, employees, and representatives from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in the event, except in cases of gross negligence by the Company.
• Assumption of Risk: Your attendance at the event is at your own risk. FoC Events ApS is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the event.

6. Compliance with Laws and Venue Regulations

• Legal Compliance: All attendees must comply with applicable local laws and venue regulations.
• Staff Instructions: Attendees agree to follow any instructions provided by event staff or security personnel including and not limited to FoC Events ApS’ agents, employees, and representatives, and/or the venue’s staff.
• Health and Safety: Attendees are expected to adhere to any health and safety protocols mandated by the venue and/or local authorities and/or FoC Events ApS, its agents, employees, and representatives.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

• Data Collection: Personal data collected during ticket purchase or event attendance will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR, where applicable).
• Usage: This information may be used to improve event experiences and for future communications related to FoC Events ApS.
• Cookies: Our website uses cookies to help personalize your online experience and ensure proper functionality. By accessing our website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Resolution Process: Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your participation in an event shall first be addressed through mediation or arbitration before any legal action is initiated. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Denmark (cf. Section 9).
• Class Action Waiver: You agree that any claims or disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action.  Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Denmark (cf. Section 9).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

10. Force Majeure
    Neither FoC Events ApS nor you shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
11. Intellectual Property
    All trademarks, logos, and promotional materials used in connection with the events are the property of FoC Events ApS or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any rights to use any of these without explicit written consent. Additionally, all content on our website—including text, graphics, images, and other materials—is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, duplicated, or distributed in any form without our prior written consent.
12. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Personal Belongings
    FoC Events ApS is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or belongings during the event. Attendees are encouraged to secure their belongings at all times.
13. Event Modifications
    FoC Events ApS reserves the right to modify or cancel any event, including changes to the venue, schedule, lineup, or programming, without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated via official channels when possible. Attendees are advised to review event updates regularly.
14. Entire Agreement and Amendments
    These Terms and Conditions, together with any additional documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and FoC Events ApS regarding your participation in the event. No other agreements, promises, or representations, whether written or oral, shall be binding unless expressly incorporated herein. FoC Events ApS reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with updated versions posted on our website or provided through official communications.
15. Severability
    If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
